Which courier do you use?
At the moment, we use Pgeon to ship out all items.

How much is shipping?
As low as RM5.90 for parcels up to 5kg!

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched out from our warehouse based in selangor. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days depends on your region area.

Will I receive a tracking number?
An email for Confirmation of Dispatch will be sent to you which may include information to track your order delivery. If you do not receive one, kindly email admin@doktortime.com.my.

Will I be able to cancel my order after the order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request to cancel an order once the order has been dispatched.

Does Doktortime offer international shipments?
Yes. We do offer international postage and at the moment international postage will be process via Pos Laju. Kindly chat with us to submit your international order.
